June, in Bloom

All is well

in Daventry Square

All is fine

in heart of thine

Along the hilltop

the cozy abode

A quiet place to lie

the heavy load

A scattering of brown

Anole lizard tail

A screech from Mockingbird

gusty gale

Blanket flower in full

pink-golden bloom

Overcast skies

of mid-morning June

Hi Ms. Jennifer I hope you’re doing well πŸ™‚ I think I saw you a few weeks ago at the park riding a but I wasn’t sure if it was you though, because she had purple hair but then I thought that’s actually a very Ms. Jennifer thing to do lol! I wish I said hey!! But anyways I just wanted to tell you that you were a really really good teacher and so kind, also you’re so cool. You’re part of the reason I love English and poetry now. I was so lucky to have you and everyone that I talk to from there appreciate you a lot and we love you!! Sorry that we were little brats sometimes.

    • Thank you so much, Chloe for reading this and the very kind message! It makes me extremely happy that you still have a passion for English and poetry! I remember you always writing down all the amusing words and lines from the class. Yeah, you guys put some grey hairs on my head but it was such a pleasure being your teacher! That was probably me you saw at the park because I did color my hair a very bright pink last year. Thank you again for reaching out. It means so much!!
